We offer free shipping for homewares and accessories within Australia when you spend over $80 * this excludes furniture & bulky items.  Shipping for most areas will calculate automatically at checkout.  For more remote or rural areas if there is no flat rate shipping available you can place your order and we will quote freight separately for you after comparing the best options that service your area.

Shipping fees for furniture orders and are for 1 man delivery to your location, with assistance needed to receive the goods for larger items.  If an additional helper is required - please notify at the time of ordering so that we can quote appropriately. The quoted freight prices are based on a easy access, without stairs.   If there are stairs/access issues that would need special attention please notify us at the time of ordering

If you require furniture delivery on a certain date we are happy to try and accomodate as best we can - just let us know! 

We process orders Monday - Friday and strive to have orders sent within 24-48 hours.

We do get busy during holiday and product launches, we are also a small team, so slight delays may occur during this time. 

If you have a pre-order with us, we will be in touch when it's a couple of days away to organise a delivery day.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking so you can keep an eye out for your order.
